Virtual appointments are available Monday-Friday

Our Advisors are in high demand, and we want to make sure we help everyone in a timely manner. For this reason, all matters begin through our Help Portal. Sometimes things can be dealt with much faster without an appointment, but if an appointment is necessary, rest assured, our Advisors will be there for you. Virtual appointments are available Monday-Friday, except for the month of May during adjudication. Appointments must be requested in advance.

Here's how it works:

  1. Submit a ticket through our Help Portal explaining the reason you need to meet with an Advisor. Our Assistants will help to make sure everything is in order before connecting you with an Advisor.
  2. Your ticket will be passed on to an Advisor for a review of the situation. If it can be resolved or answered easily without an appointment, they will let you know.
  3. If the Advisor determines that an appointment is necessary, you will receive a message with a day and time for an appointment over Zoom.

Please indicate your preference for in-person, or virtual when asking for an appointment. In-person appointments are limited.
