You may be asking, "Are you offering in-person counselling?"

Our main services will be available through our Help Portal, or via Zoom drop-in.

Our counsellors are in high demand and we want to make sure we help everyone in a timely manner. For this reason, all matters begin through our Help Portal. Sometimes things can be dealt with much faster without an appointment, but if an appointment is necessary, rest assured our Counsellors will be there for you. 

Here's how it works:

1. Submit a ticket through our Help Portal explaining the reason you need to meet with a Counsellor. Our Assistants will help to make sure everything is in order before connecting you with a Counsellor.
2. Your ticket will be passed on to a Counsellor for a review of the situation. If it can be resolved or answered easily without an appointment, they will let you know.
3. If the Counsellor determines that an appointment is necessary, (either virtual or in-person), you will receive a message with a day and time for an appointment over Zoom.
